We recommend starting your rental the day before your event. Your dress will arrive that day, giving you time to try it on and get ready for your moment.
For example, if your event is on the 18th, start your rental on the 17th, wear it on the 18th and return by the 20th.
When will my dress arrive?
We ship your dress the day before your rental begins, so it arrives right on time with tracked delivery.
how do i return my dress?
Simply place the dress back in it original box, wrap it in the tissue provided, and attach the pre paid return label. Drop it off on the last day of your rental.
do i need to clean the dress?
Nope! Please don't clean it yourself. We handle all professional cleaning, Just avoid getting makeup, fake tan or perfume on the dress.
what if the dress doesnt fit?
We don't offer refunds, so please check measurements and message us with any sizing questions before renting - we're always happy to help.
what happens if i damage the dress?
Minor wear is okay, but major damage (tears, broken zips, stains that won't come lift) may result in repair fees, or in severe cases the full RRP. Just let us know straight away if anything happens.
what if im late returning the dress?
A late return fee of 10% of the rental price per day applies. After 7 days, the full RRP may be charged.
is delivery included?
Yes! delivery to you is free, and returns are handled with a pre paid postage label.
can i extend my rental?
If the dress isn't booked, you may be able to extend your rental - just drop us a message and we'll let you know
