No Repeats Rental Terms & Conditions

By placing a rental order with No Repeats, you agree to the following terms:

1. Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the garment from the time it is delivered until it is returned and scanned by the return courier.
  • Reasonable minor wear is accepted.
  • The following are considered unacceptable damage and will incur charges:
    • Broken zippers
    • Large tears or holes
    • Permanent stains (including fake tan, makeup, food, drink, oils, or perfume)
    • Excessive stretching or wear
    • Alterations or attempts to repair the garment

2. Damage & Repair Policy

  • Minor wear such as light pulls or loose threads may be accepted if reported immediately.
  • Significant damage or permanent staining must be paid for by the renter within 7 days of notice.
  • If a garment is deemed beyond repair, No Repeats reserves the right to charge the full retail price (RRP).
  • If damage or late return results in loss of future rental bookings, the renter will be charged accordingly.

3. Payment of Charges

  • An invoice will be issued for repair, replacement, or late fees.
  • No money will be taken without prior customer consent.
  • All invoices must be paid within 7 days.

4. Care Instructions

  • Do not wash, dry clean, or attempt to clean the garment. Cleaning is handled by No Repeats.
  • Avoid exposure to substances that may stain or damage the garment, including fake tan, makeup, food, drink, perfume, and jewellery that may snag fabric.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Your rental item will be dispatched for arrival the day before your rental start date.
  • You must return the item on the final day of your rental period using:
    • The prepaid return label provided
    • The original box and protective packaging
  • No Repeats is not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect return postage or failure to use the prepaid label.

6. Late Returns

  • A late fee of 10% of the rental cost will be charged per day for late returns.
  • After 7 days, the renter will be charged the full retail price of the garment.

7. Refunds & Sizing

  • No Repeats does not offer refunds on rentals, including for sizing issues.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to booking with any sizing questions.

8. Cleaning

  • Standard cleaning is included in the rental price.
  • If specialist or additional cleaning is required due to excessive marks or stains, the cost will be charged to the renter.

9. Rental Duration & Pricing

  • Minimum rental period: 3 days
  • Maximum rental period: 30 days
  • Prices listed on the website are final.
